Business Agreement

Draft v0 · Last updated July 2026

This agreement is accepted at signup (click-wrap, versioned and timestamped) and governs a business's use of ViralBounty to run content bounties.

1. Bounties and funding

Cash prizes plus the platform fee are funded into escrow at publication; no bounty goes live unfunded. Escrowed prize funds are released to winners automatically per the bounty rules; unawarded amounts are refunded at settlement.

2. Bounty rules

The metric, prize structure, eligibility filters and deadlines you configure are binding once the bounty is live. Winners are determined automatically by the platform rule engine from the final metric snapshot; results can only be contested via the dispute process.

3. Fees and invoicing

The platform fee is charged on top of the prize (business-side fee; creators receive the full advertised prize). VAT-compliant invoices are issued for each funded bounty.

4. Promotional-contest compliance

You are the organizer of each bounty as a skill-based promotional contest. The platform generates a rules page per bounty (organizer, eligibility, mechanics, prize value, deadlines); local-law review per market remains your responsibility with our support.

5. Content usage

Reshare rights over winning entries per the Creator Agreement license. Brand assets you provide to creators remain your property.
