Creator Agreement

This agreement is accepted at signup (click-wrap, versioned and timestamped) and governs a creator's participation in bounties on ViralBounty.
1. Participation
By accepting a bounty you agree to its brief, metric, prize structure and deadlines as displayed at acceptance time. Submissions must be your own original content, posted on your linked social account within the submission window.
2. Content requirements and ad disclosure
Required hashtags, mentions and the ad-disclosure tag (#ad / #publicitate or the platform-native paid-partnership label) are mandatory. Posts must remain publicly live until the retention deadline after the metric snapshot, or the submission is disqualified.
3. Metrics and winner determination
Metrics are retrieved exclusively via official platform APIs; the final snapshot is authoritative. Winners are computed automatically by the platform rule engine. Purchased or artificial engagement voids awards and may lead to clawback.
4. Earnings, holdback and taxes
Prizes are credited as tokens (1 token = €1.00). Awards above a threshold are held for a fraud-review period before release. Cash withdrawal requires identity verification. You are responsible for declaring income; the platform reports creator earnings where required by law (DAC7).
5. License to the business
Winning entries grant the sponsoring business a license to reshare the post with attribution. Exact license scope to be finalized with counsel.
