These terms govern the use of the ViralBounty platform by all visitors and account holders — creators, businesses and administrators.
1. The service
ViralBounty operates a two-sided marketplace where businesses publish performance-based content bounties and creators compete with posts on their own social channels. Winners are determined from metrics retrieved via official platform APIs and paid from escrowed funds.
2. Accounts and eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old. Creators must link a social account via official OAuth to participate. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
3. Tokens and payouts
Platform tokens represent a claim on funds held with our licensed payments partner (1 token = €1.00). Tokens are redeemable for cash subject to identity verification (KYC) and a minimum withdrawal threshold, or spendable in the rewards marketplace.
4. Prohibited conduct
Purchased engagement, bots, self-dealing on conversion codes, metric manipulation, recycled content and undisclosed advertising are prohibited and lead to disqualification, clawback of awards and account suspension.
5. Disputes and liability
Bounty results are computed by a deterministic rule engine from the final metric snapshot. A structured dispute process with documented SLAs applies. Liability limitations to be finalized with counsel.
